Terms of Services

Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing Nepalekart, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

01

Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to Nepalekart. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you" or "your") and Nepalekart ("Nepalekart", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Nepalekart website, mobile application, and related payment services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

02

Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the Platform such as transaction history and saved beneficiaries, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide.
  • Immediately notify us if you discover or otherwise suspect any security breaches related to the Platform.

Important: We will never ask for your password via email or phone. Please keep your credentials secure at all times.

03

Payments, Fees & Processing

Nepalekart facilitates payments for various utilities and services in Nepal using Indian payment instruments.

3.1 Transaction Processing

We work with authorized payment gateways (e.g., PayU, Razorpay) to process your Indian Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI transactions. By initiating a transaction, you authorize us to deduct the specified amount.

3.2 Service Fees

While many services are free of surcharge, certain cross-border transactions may incur a convenience fee. All applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the checkout page prior to payment confirmation.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the beneficiary details (Mobile Number, Consumer ID, etc.). Nepalekart is not liable for transactions sent to incorrect accounts due to user error.

04

Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We strive to ensure 100% success rates, but technical issues can occur.

Failed Transactions

If your account is debited but the service is not delivered within 1 hour, the amount is automatically reversed to your source account within 3-5 business days.

User Cancellation

Once a Top-up or Utility Payment is processed successfully by the operator, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Please verify details before paying.

05

Prohibited User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for:

  • Any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Money laundering, financing terrorism, or other illicit financial activities.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating your affiliation.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security, integrity, or performance of the Platform.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we suspect any engagement in prohibited activities.

06

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nepalekart and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
